  8. Stone Design Ships Productivity Suite for HP

  10. ALBUQUERQUE, NM,  August 23, 1994 - Stone Design began shipping
  11. DataPhile, Create and 3D Reality for NEXTSTEP Release 3.2 for HP's
  12. PA-RISC workstations today.

  31. DataPhile is a self-contained database which can store text, rich
  32. text, sound, files, images, monetary figures, dates and  values.
  33. Anyone can create and modify databases quickly and easily, and
  34. generate professional forms, labels and reports. Data entry aids
  35. such as scrolling lists, switches, and data validation make using
  36. DataPhile a joy.

  38. Create is a professional multi-page drawing package that brings
  39. the power of PostScript to the mere mortal. Advanced features
  40. include: user-created PostScript patterns, online image library,
  41. text to spline conversion, arbitrary clipping of images, object
  42. linking to and from Create, save as EPS, TIFF, PS, Ascii, RTF, an
  43. expert PostScript writing environment, etc.

  45. 3DReality is an extensible 3D modeling package and frontend to
  46. Pixar's Photorealistic Renderman. Libraries of 3D clip art, shapes,
  47. images, shaders and textures, as well as programming examples, are
  48. included in the distribution. Reality's Application Programmer's
  49. Interface allows end users to create their own shapes above and
  50. beyond the supplied ones.
